Incline Theater Collaborative is a Pittsburgh-based theater company dedicated to the development of new plays and the artists who create them. Founded by Julia Kreutzer and Kelly Trumbull, Incline exists to give playwrights meaningful opportunities to hear their work in front of an audience while fostering collaboration among actors, directors, designers, and the greater theater community.
Through staged readings and developmental workshops, Incline champions bold new voices and creates a space where artists can take creative risks, refine their work, and build lasting connections. We believe that the earliest stages of a play’s life are some of the most exciting, and that bringing artists and audiences together around new work strengthens the cultural fabric of our city.
Based in Pittsburgh and inspired by the city’s spirit of resilience and innovation, Incline Theater Collaborative is committed to helping new plays take their next step forward.
